We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about technology and security, and is ready share to experiences in Managed or Professional Services.

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will be a key member of the operations team and highly motivated with at least five years’ experience in delivering projects. You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills so you can inspire internally and externally along with being a natural problem solver. You will be responsible for effectively delivering customer projects independently and ensure key milestones are met in full and on time adhering to the PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new clients into our delivery methodology
• Ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on time, and within budget
• Designing implementation plans for installation, cutover and testing for all network products being delivered
• Completing required network deployments in data centres
• Performing onsite configuration, cutover, testing and monitoring activities
• Delivering all the WAN/LAN components of a project
• Efficient resolution of issues with a focus on customer service, effective and friendly communication
• Working with other key stakeholders across the business to resolve client issues

Technical Skills required include:

• 5 years+ Project Management experience specifically in communication network systems; (preferably within Telecommunications or IT)
• Excellent time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage key C-Level stakeholders
• Experience in Security Services – desirable
• High attention to detail
• Prince2 or PM certification essential
• Experience in Service Now essential

• Analytical skills and attention to details come naturally
• The ability to remain calm under pressure when faced with urgent issues
• Communication skills that inspire  clients
• A team player mentality that can work closely with key stakeholders to guarantee efficient resolution of issues
