We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer, passionate about security and ready to lead a team sharing your experience in Managed or Professional Services.

Reporting to the Head of Technical Operations, you will be a key member of the operations team and highly motivated with at least five years’ experience. You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills so can inspire internally and externally along with being a natural problem solver. You can design, implement and maintain while trouble shooting level three network solutions and support our growth as we expand our security portfolio with focus on Palo Alto, Crowdstrike and Cisco.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop strategies for Cloud security migrations using Palo Alto;
• Provide technical engineering leadership and expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes to customers;
• To be a technical lead in the more complex and diverse project deliveries across voice, data and security services across the Enablis portfolio;
• To own the output and to work within the time frame requirements of the customer with accuracy and to a high level of satisfaction;
• Efficient resolution of issues with a focus on customer service, effective and friendly communication;
• Working with other key stakeholders across the business to resolve client issues;

Technical Skills required include :

• Experience in Security Services – Palo Alto Certification essential
• An understanding of IP networking and internet technologies in Cisco Switching and routing platforms. CCNP or higher preferred.
• Experience in Voice Services – CCNA Collaboration Cert preferred
• Experience with SD-WAN technology highly desired.
