InvoCare is a market leading provider of funeral, cemetery, crematoria and related services. With 1,800 employees across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, the ASX200-listed company operates 290 funeral locations in addition to 16 cemeteries. InvoCare’s ongoing commitment to customer service excellence is demonstrated through their Protect & Grow strategy, established in response to the changing needs of their customers. The strategy will see the company invest $200m in their people, locations and business systems, enabling the delivery of a more bespoke, contemporary service for families to celebrate the life of their loved ones. InvoCare engaged Enablis to deliver a tailored, flexible – yet world class – solution. Enablis refreshed InvoCare’s core network, implementing Cisco routers and switches and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi across 242 sites in Australia and 42 in New Zealand. With Australia’s leading fibre network providers underpinning the Enablis managed solution, InvoCare now enjoys significantly improved bandwidth and reduced costs, and a highly scalable, future-proofed fibre access network.
