What is Stride Outside?
Stride Outside is a free, inclusive 30-day challenge that invites people of all ages and fitness levels to spend 30 minutes outside every day throughout September.
The concept is simple — and powerful:
Get outside. Get moving. Feel better.
Whether it’s walking, cycling, gardening, stretching, or simply sitting mindfully in the fresh air, the activity is completely up to you. The goal? To intentionally reconnect with the outdoors for your own wellbeing while supporting a critical cause.
